Q: Do the ingredients come premixed, or do I need to mix myself?

The ingredients come premixed in the quantities you select at checkout. The serving size per your dosage requests is then worked out on the supplement facts label.

A: Add it to water, smoothie, or tea and drink.

Q: How do I know how much powder to use?

A: The serving size will be worked out for you and printed on the label.

 

Q: Can I adjust the dosage of each supplement?

A: Yes! You can customize the dosage of each ingredient to fit your specific needs. Our online platform provides recommended guidelines for safe and effective dosages.

Q: How does the process work?

A: Choose your ingredients, choose your dose, choose your flavor and sweetener and will add them to a single powder blend. You can then add this powder to water, smoother or drink of your choice instead of needing to take 10+ tablets each day.

Q: How do I know I’m getting the right amount of each ingredient with 1 scoop/ serving size?

A: We do the math for you and ensure the blend is mixed correctly. We also work out the service size. On the packet, it will tell you exactly how much powder to use to reach the doses you selected on the website.



Q: How can I order more than one blend?

A: At this time it isn't possible to order more than one blend in a single order. Multiple blends would need to be purchased separately.
